Participation Conditions:

The participation fee includes the technical training, training material, lunch and beverages during break time. The accommodation and the travel is not included.

Payment
The participation fee is due 4 weeks prior to training start and is per participant and training and does not include the state VAT. Please pay immediately upon receipt of invoice.

Resignation
You can resign from the course 1 week before start without any cost. Please send your resignation in writing (fax or email). Any later resignation, not attending or early leaving from the course will be at full cost. You can send a replacement if the enrolled participant can not attend.

Liability
If we have to cancel a course, you will be informed immediately with full refund of the participation fee. Further requirements are excluded.

Privacy
The personal data that you have given us is only processed internally and used internally for the administration of the training. This information is not accessible to third parties nor do we pass it on to third parties in any form.
